The Simplest Fitness & Training Program by Lauren Brooks


Playground Lite will give you access to one streaming workout video each week, filmed in the raw. Each workout session will vary in time, any where from 15 - 45 minutes, so you can incorporate fitness into your hectic life!

Like Lauren's main playground, these are raw workouts that are sometimes filmed with Lauren's students (Lauren instructing) and in various locations. Unlike the main Lauren's Playground, with Playground LITE you will have access to one video workout at a time. You'll have a brand new fitness video each week while the previous video will disappear. We'll included both brand new fitness content and the most popular workouts from the original Lauren's Playground.

Note: there will not be a written portion, scheduled programs or downloadable PDF's with the lite playground version. If you want access to hours and hours of programs then make sure to check out the main Lauren's Playground.

Our consistent and determined students, regardless of age, gender, or previous injuries, end up in the best shape of their lives. So, we know you will benefit from these weekly workouts too!

Before You Begin


If you’re completely new and have never used kettlebells, don't worry, Lauren had resources resources available to help you get started! It is recommended most people go through the Demo Library before jumping in to the workouts.
