After searching for a fun and motivating workout I finally found
Lauren. I am a snowboarder and Lauren's workout has totally prepared
me for the season. She looks amazing which is a motivating factor
but also her workouts are constantly changing, never boring and
always killer. She always demonstrates the proper technique so
you don't risk injury and adds different elements to the work out
which keeps it fun. You're money will be well spent with this amazing
human being!

A World class strength professional herself. Lauren is not only
extremely gifted as a teacher, she is naturally encouraging and

Lauren: Discipline & Results
I have know Lauren for over 4 years and she has impressed me with
her growth as a trainer and kettlebell practitioner. Several words
come to mind when I think about Lauren; confident, determined,

I have taken many group and private sessions over the last 20 years
and have never had such a great experience as I have with Lauren.
Not only is she very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and
nutrition, but she keeps her clients very motivated, her classes
are always moving and fun, and she pushes just enough to make you
want reach the next level. I feel very fortunate to have found

Good workout = Good times
I love Lauren's workouts. Every workout is different from the previous
one and I love the variety. I'm always challenged and end up exhausted
and sweaty --- a true sign that the workout was a tough one! All
I want now, is more classes!!!

Very sensitive to my specific health issues. I have a heart
condition known as Long QT syndrome and, as a result, have a defibrillator
connected to my heart. I am still very physically active and working
out on a regular basis means a great deal to my mental as well
as physical well being. My adult son told me about his Kettlebell
workouts.
Upon inquiring, I was told again and again of Lauren Brooks being
one of the finest physical trainers in Southern California. Lauren
happens to reside in my home town of San Diego.
Today was my first Kettlebell lesson (private) with Lauren. It
was truly a joyful experience. Lauren was made aware of my condition
and proceeded to provide me with an extraordinary workout that

Lauren is great. She pays attention to individual needs and focuses

Workout without feeling
like you are working out! Lauren is an awesome trainer! She keeps
you motivated and switches it up, so you are never bored AND on
top of that you don't even feel like you are working out. When
the class/session is over, if feels like barely any time has passed
and I cant wait for the next one! Highly recommend Lauren as a

I have always been a runner and fit. However, once I hit
my late-forties, between nagging running injuries, and the fact
that it was getting harder to keep off inches around my waistline
I had to find something new. I decided to try kettlebell classes
with Lauren. I have never felt so good about the way I look, and
I get lots of compliments. The best thing about kettlebells is
that you DON’T bulk up; you only get leaner, stronger and more
sculpted!

I want to thank Lauren Brooks for the wonderful nutrition program she gave
me. It worked so well because it was really more of a healthy way
to eat than a diet. As we all know diets never work because you have to change
your eating habits for life to lose weight or inches and keep them off. I was
never an obese person, however I realized after utilizing Lauren's nutrition
program that I wasn't a healthy eater. I never realized how much sugar was in
my diet and how much I was lacking basic fruits and vegetables. After sticking
to a strict program for two months along with exercise I lost several inches
and went down a few sizes. Most of all, I now eat a lot healthier than I ever
have and feel a lot better physically. Thanks so much Lauren. Your nutrition
program is the only thing that has worked for me and not made me miserable in
the process.
The Perfect Workout: Lauren is an awesome personal trainer and kettlebell
technician, I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in

been awesome! She helped me get started with kettle bells - which

Lauren designed a personalized nutrition program that took into
account my hectic crazy schedule, taught me how to fuel my body
with food, and how to enjoy eating again. Since starting her program,
I lost 10 pounds (my weight is at 156 lbs). I am 35 years old and
weigh less now than I did when I turned 30! I dropped 2 pant sizes,
lost 2 inches off both my waist and hips, and my fat percentage
dropped to 32%. An added bonus, I have more energy, do not have
cravings to eat junk, got rid of my dependency on diet soda, and
sleep better than I have in years. I am honored to have had the
opportunity to work with Lauren and I recommend her nutrition program

Lauren is a wonderful trainer. She has great motivating powers with a
gentle and easy personality. Kettlebells provide a really powerful
and efficient technique, and Lauren combines it with her vast knowledge of physiology

I had major back pain due to a slipped disc from my powerlifting
