Follow along with Fat Blast Workout, at a low to medium intensity, for 12-14 minutes long and repeat twice if you are ready. Follow along with Sculpt and Conditioning Workout at a medium to high intensity for 40 minutes.
The Joint Mobility section for warm up and cool down is designed to get you in tip top shape no matter what your fitness background. It is especially great for moms trying to shed that baby weight and get in better shape. The pregnancy DVD is over 80 minutes long with motivating music in the Follow Along Workout sections and the Joint Mobility section.
